This is a very robust mask manufactured in Serbia with a great price-quality ratio. The Horizont mask fully complies with the requirements of EN 136, class 2. In combination with a suitable filter or breathing apparatus, it protects the face, eyes and respiratory system from the effects of toxic gases, vapours and aerosols, biological pollutants, radioactive dust, etc. The mask is intended for use in industry, chemical and nuclear fields, agriculture, mining, civil protection units, police units, etc.

The HORIZONT mask provides reliable protection in a temperature range of -30 ˚C to +50 ˚C. The large panoramic polycarbonate lens ensures very good spatial orientation with minimal distortion during normal activities. The design of the facepiece and low airway resistance provide high comfort for users and enable long-term use. The facepiece is made of safe bromobutyl rubber. The inhalation air flow is directed by an inner mask, preventing fogging of the lens. The five-point rubber fastening system allows easy handling when putting the mask on and taking it off. A filter can be optionally attached to the facepiece on the left or right.

STORAGE

The masks must be stored in a dark, cool and dust-free place without sudden temperature changes. The room should be ventilated with temperatures ranging between 5 °C and + 25 °C. The relative humidity should not exceed 70%. The stored masks must not be exposed to radiant heat or sunlight. Fuels, solvents, lubricants and other combustibles and chemicals must not be stored near the masks. They must also be stored away from machinery and equipment that generates sparks or other electric discharges (ozone generation). The masks must be stored in a way that prevents undesired deformation of the rubber parts.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period is 5 years for masks in undamaged original packaging, provided that the storage conditions are observed. The manufacturer provides a 24 month warranty on the use of the masks. The warranty period starts when the bag with the mask is first opened, and it is granted provided that the conditions listed in the instructions for use of the protective masks are observed. The service life of the masks in their original packaging is 15 years.

You can mount the CBRN /NBC filter on the right or left side. 40mm 1/7” NATO threading.
